5.3 Baugröße (1) Beschreibt die geometrische Größe des Schalterkörpers. Die meisten Serien sind mit zwei verschiedenen Nennstromstärken pro Schalterkörper lieferbar. (Bsp. ML1-025 und ML1-040) Leistungsdaten (2) Gibt die Nennstromstärke (Ith) des Schalters an. Die detaillierten technischen Daten finden Sie auf den Seite 5.4 und 5.5 Einbauart (3) Ist der Index für die Einbauart des Schalters. „E“ steht für Fronteinbau, also 2-Loch-, 4-Loch- oder Zentralbefestigung. „V“ für Bodeneinbau und damit für alle Schalter die mit Türkupplung oder Deckelverriegelung in Schaltschränke oder Wandgehäuse eingebaut werden. Außerdem für die Schalter die in Wandverteilern auf die Hutschiene montierbar sind. Basis für die Definition waren die 3-poligen Schalter der Serie ML1-ML3. Werden hier Zusatzkontakte angebracht, so werden diese als Zubehör beschrieben. Da der Schalter der Serie ML0 aber ein 4poliges Gehäuse hat, wird bei diesem für die Definition der Polzahl eine „3“ oder „4“ vor das „E“ bzw. „V“ gesetzt. Bei den Serien ML4 bis ML7 wird die Polzahl ebenfalls über das Gehäuse definiert. Aus diesem Grund steht auch hier die Polzahl vor dem Einbauindex. Bauform (4) Die Bauform beschreibt die Größe, Einbauart und Farbgebung der Handgriffe mit denen die Schalter betätigt werden. Werden die Schalter in Gehäuse eingebaut erweitert sich der Index wie im Beispiel zwei beschrieben um die Gehäusedefinition (AL2 = Aluminiumgehäuse, Größe 2, mit Frontantrieb). Zubehör (5) Mit diesem Index wird das Zubehör beschrieben das an die Kompaktschalter angebaut werden kann. Es können auch mehrere Kürzel nacheinander kommen. (Bsp -HS-HI = Schalter mit Klemmenabdeckung und Hilfsschalter) Switch size (1) Describes the geometrical size of the switch body. Most series are available with two different ratings in the same size. (Example ML1-025 and ML1-040) Technical data (2) Shows the rated uninterrupted current (Ith) of the switch. For detailed technical data please see pages 5.4 and 5.5 Mounting type (3) Indicates the mounting type of the switch. „E“ stands for front mounting , e.g. 2 hole, 4-hole or central mounting (22,5 and 30,5mm) „V“ stands for base mounting and includes as a result all switches with door coupling or door interlock in switchboards or in wall fixed enclosures, as well as switches for distribution board mounting on snap-on DIN rails. Base of definition were 3-pole switches of series ML1-ML3. If they receive additional contacts those are added up in the type description as accessories. As the series ML0 carries a 4-pole body, a “3” or “4” placed in front of the “E” or “V” is used to show the number of poles. This repeats at the series ML4-ML7 where the number of poles is defined as well by the body size. Therefore the number of poles is shown in front of the mounting type indicator as well. Application (4) The application describes the size, mounting type and colours of the handles the switches are actuated with. If switches are installed in an enclosure the indicator is extended by the definition of the enclosure as shown in example 2 (AL2 = Aluminium enclosure size 2 with front side handle) Accessories (5) This indicator describes the accessories of the compact switches which may be attacted to the main body. Several accessories may be listed. (e.g. –HS-HI = switch with terminal protection AND auxiliary contact)
