MOTORIDUTTORE CASE PLASTICA CON MOTORE BIDIREZIONALE M53 (NECESSITA CONDENSATORE) GEARMOTORS WITH PLASTIC CASE AND BIDIRECTIONAL MOTOR M53 (NEED CAPACITOR) DESCRIZIONE / DESCRIPTION Il motoriduttore serie FC02 è realizzato con riduttore in policarbonato caricato con fibra di vetro e con il motore bidirezionale M53. È disponibile una vasta gamma di rapporti di riduzione (vedi tabella nr.1 tempi di rotazione). Gli ingranaggi sono realizzati in resina acetalica autolubrificante o in metallo e garantiscono un funzionamento silenzioso. Il motore sincrono M53 viene fissato sul riduttore con una staffa rimuovibile. La semplicità dell’ac- coppiamento consente una rapida sostituzione del motore. Per il motoriduttore serie FC02 è prevista la frizione bidirezionale sull’albero di uscita. The FC02 gearmotor consists of a gearbox with a glass fibre-reinforced polycarbonate case and a M53 bidirectional syn- chronous motor. A large selection of reduction ratio is available (see tab Nr. 1 revolution time). Gears are made in self-lubri- cating composite material and/or in sintered metal to ensure a noiseless operation. The M53 is fixed to the gearbox with a removable bracket. The simple coupling allows a quick motor replacement. FC02 gearmotors are available with bidirectional clutch on the output shaft. Sono disponibili alberi speciali (vedi tabella nr. 3). Standard output shaft is in AVP steel, round ø=4mm x13,7mm or D-cut 3x9mm.
